Springs of Joy Care supplies short-notice temporary health and social care support workers for emergency cover, 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year round. They are trained to give high quality care to citizens with Dementia, Alzheimers, Physical and Learning disabilities, Mental health conditions, Autism and Sensory impairments. Staff are trained in Manual handling, fire and safety, person centre care, first aid, basic life support, safe guarding adults, dementia, continence promotion, nutrition and diet, manual handling, infection control, challenging behaviour, epilepsy, food hygiene etc.
